Alaskan Smoked Nova Lox
Our Wild for Salmon nova lox is smoked in small batches in Westchester PA. Our nova lox is smoked using raw sugar, sea salt and natural wood smoke. The lox has a smooth and moist texture with a sweet and smoky, but subtle flavor. Our Nova lox contains no nitrates or preservatives, therefore it is best to keep the salmon frozen until it’s ready to be eaten. You should always refrigerate after thawing and eat up to 5 days after.
Alaskan Smoked Sockeye Salmon
Wild for Salmon smoked sockeye salmon is a traditional wild caught smoked salmon that is frozen and ready to eat. The only ingredients in the traditional smoked are salt & sockeye salmon. Our smoked salmon has a distinct smokey flavor, perfect for pairing with wine, cheese or on top of a salad. Wild for Salmon Traditional Smoked Salmon contains no nitrates or preservatives and should be kept frozen until eating - it is best to refrigerate and eat within 7-10 days upon opening.

Wild for Salmon garlic pepper smoked salmon is smoked over a mix of alder & maple wood, then topped with cracked pepper and frozen for peak quality. We do not use any nitrates or artificial preservatives in our smoked products, please keep frozen until ready to use. Once opened we recommend you use your smoked salmon within 7-10 days.
